Off-Market if the BEST Market!

I cannot begin to count the times when my clients got incredible opportunities and amazing deals on properties and services because of the relationships and networks I work hard to have and keep every day! We are talking thousands of agents, hundreds of vendors, thousands of area residents and more!

We knew nothing was on the market and the only homes that were not occupied were being built and all had contracts on them. Unwilling to give up, I called the sales rep for the builder whom I had known for a few years at that point and had had lunch with on several occasions, this is the builder that was finishing out the last of the waterfront gorgeous lots. Lo and behold, he let me in on a little secret; one of those waterfront homes was most likely not going to get sold per contract because of a job move. The house was most likely going to become available! The next morning I was in his office with a box of cookies and a smile asking him to let us tour the house. By the end of the week my clients were under contract to buy one of the most amazing views from a stunning home in their favorite neighborhood!

Now I have clients for LIFE!
